We are hiring a installer for burglar & fire alarms, Surveillance camera systems, access control, audio / video wiring and equipment. This position REQUIRES THE CANDIDATE TO HAVE A VALID CT ELECTRICAL LICENSE : E1, E2, C5,C6, L5, L6. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE ONE OF THESE LICENSES . This position is not for an unlicensed electrician looking to get trained.

5.    Competitive Pay and benefits : $30-$40.00 starting pay for L6 / C6 or higher, plus 50%contribution to a healthcare / dental / vision plan, two weeks of paid vacation / PTO / holidays. Notebook pc, company vehicle, paid training and bonuses.

Responsibilities :

• Install low voltage cabling and cabling assemblies ( i.e. metallic & non-metallic conduit and raceways, etc.)according to national electric code in both residential and commercial settings.
• Install and program new alarm and security / fire alarm systems, cctv, access control, and a / v equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues..
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and testing of systems..
• Monitor inventory of service parts and keep van stocked properly.
• Perform all duties in a neat and workman like manner.
• Train customers how to use their new systems.
• Adhere to safety regulations.
• Be courteous and respectful and patient with customers, and employees.
