Recruiting Coordinator

Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements
Manage vendor setup and invoice processing
Provide onboarding administration and support for new hires
Conduct candidate phone screens and assist with scheduling
Deliver responsive support to Recruiters across all hiring activities
Proficiency in using systems and tools to support recruiting operations, with the ability to learn and navigate platforms such as Workday, Outlook, and Excel
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Customer service experience with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building
Demonstrates initiative and critical thinking, with a proactive approach to improving processes and streamlining administrative workflows
This role operates in a hybrid work environment with a blend of remote and on-site collaboration, depending on business needs and location.
