Position description

UCLA's Computational and Systems Biology (CaSB) interdepartmental program invites applications for a part-time (50%) Lecturer position in Winter 2026 to teach C&S BIO 100.

• Minimum degree requirement : PhD (required) in mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• Description of the specialty / requirements for the position : Background in mathematics and statistics, UNIX, R and Python.

• This position is represented by the University Council - American Federation of Teachers. Internal applicants will be considered for reappointment prior to external applicants.
