Wildwood Outside Sales Professional

Elite Construction Solutions is looking for an outside sales professional to work for our 123 Exteriors brand to sell roofing, siding, and windows to homeowners that just went through a storm. This position is structured as a 1099 contractor role , offering a competitive commission plan along with fantastic bonus potential or a W2 role for candidates seeking a path in management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Engage in door-to-door sales on a Monday to Friday schedule (and weekends as needed)

Follow up on company provided leads

Perform inspections of roofs and exteriors to assess storm damage

Cultivate and maintain customer relationships while providing customer service support in order to generate referrals

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

Stay updated with product information and industry changes

Document roofing components, defects, and storm damage findings

Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities

Create sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

Maintain accurate records of sales activities

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Reliable transportation

Prior experience in either sales or construction

Comfort in climbing roofs, handling ladders, transporting materials, and meeting with potential clients
