What You Need for this Position

At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of :

Creating bids and estimating for commercial GC projects

Hard bid and or conceptual bid processes

Takes offs

Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, On Screen Takeoff and other construction related software preferred
