A company is looking for a Director of Collections Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and optimize collections and recovery strategies for credit portfolios
Develop metrics and monitoring tools to evaluate performance and identify risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in credit card risk management and collections strategy
Expertise in credit card portfolio risk management and analytics tools (SQL, Python, SAS)
Understanding of collections metrics and compliance regulations (FDCPA, UDAAP, FCRA, TCPA)
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
