Compensation : $100,000 - $200,000

Responsibilities :

  • Work team provided leads (Zillow Flex, RDC, ISA leads & more)
  • Create a world-class experience from the moment you first connect with someone until well after you have helped them close on their dream home
  • Responding to clients in a quick and timely manner
  • Dream big dreams and then make them come true
  • Work alongside our transaction department to ensure a smooth and seamless closing process
  • The ability to deliver value across the board to the people who you work with

Qualifications :

  • An active Florida Real Estate License
  • A true passion for people, and helping them
  • A hunger to learn and grow
  • Determination and a proactive attitude
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
