DSI is growing, again! We are hiring Security Officers in Fort Payne, AL. Job Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients. You will promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards. You will need to understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions. You will participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI's safety manual. You will be interacting with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner. This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements.

Pre-employment requirements are to be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is preferred. You must have reliable means of transportation and means of communication. You must pass all required background and drug screenings.

Education Requirements (All) : High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification Requirements (All) : Valid State Driver's License
