Job Description :

• Located within a newly renovated space, serve the community of Fort Morgan alongside out Cardiology services.
• Situated along the high plains of Colorado, Fort Morgan offers the opportunity to practice the full breadth of primary care.
• Candidate must have 3+ plus years experience in Primary Care and be Board Certified in either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
