Key Highlights for Class A CDL Truck Driver Role :

Consistent Home Time :

Drivers return home every Friday afternoon for a 48-hour reset.

Competitive Pay :

Earnings are calculated on an adaptable pay scale, ensuring lucrative compensation even for short-haul trips, earning 68-70 CPM. Further details on the pay scale will be provided during interviews.

State-of-the-Art Trucks :

Assigned Freightliner Cascadia trucks from 2019 or newer, equipped with automatic transmission, APUs, 1500 watt inverters, 24-inch flat-screen TV, refrigerator, DirectTV, and SiriusXM subscription. Truck washes are covered monthly.

Reliable Freight :

Each driver is assigned 4 trailers, ensuring continuous hauls without downtime. All loads are no-touch and predominantly dry van, with approximately 15% hazmat loads. Reimbursement for hazmat endorsement is provided, with additional pay for hazmat hauls.

Operating Region :

Covering the Northeast region, excluding New York City, extending from lower Maine to Illinois.

Minimum Pay Assurance :

All drivers are enrolled in the minimum pay guarantee program, providing financial security during unforeseen circumstances, provided no freight is refused for the week.

Comprehensive Benefits :

Full health, medical, and dental insurance for drivers and their families, effective 60 days post-hiring. Additionally, a 401K plan with a 50% company match up to 6% is offered through Fidelity.

Employment Bonus :

Drivers opting for the 5-day program receive an employment bonus, with specific details discussed during the interview process.

Advanced Navigation :

Trucks are equipped with Navigo through Qualcomm, allowing for efficient route planning and flexibility.

Pet and Rider Policies :

One pet is permitted in the truck without breed or weight restrictions. Family members aged 12 and above can also accompany drivers for a small weekly fee.

Holiday and Vacation Benefits :

Paid holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Drivers accrue one week of vacation after a year and two weeks after three years.

Additional Perks :

EZ-Pass, fueling at Pilot or Flying J, pre-planned trips, safety bonuses, well-maintained trucks, high CSA scores, and streamlined delivery processes without waiting for signed slips.
