As an Assistant Front Office Manager at the Omaha Marriott Downtown, you'll assist in leading all Front Office operations including overseeing and supporting staff as well as setting and maintaining a high level of guest service.

What will you be doing?

• Maintain all standards of guest service to provide the very best in guest experience.
• Supervise front desk staff, Night Audit, and Bell Staff and assists in check in / check out of guests or any related guest service activity as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics and image of self and subordinates.
• Manage and motivate all front office associates with the daily supervision to include staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor all corporate marketing programs to include Marriott Bonvoy, etc.
• Receive and resolve all departmental guest complaints in timely manner and within the guidelines of the company.
• Communicate with guests and associates both verbally and in writing to answer questions and provide clear direction in advising and instructing staff in details of work.
• Other duties as assigned.
