Step into the heart of production

From the first machine start-up to the final packed box, you’ll keep our manufacturing line moving safely and efficiently. Your day blends equipment operation, hands-on assembly, precision inspection, and accurate data capture that feeds our inventory systems.

What a typical day looks like

  • Start up, run, and shut down a variety of production equipment according to standard work and safety procedures.
  • Assemble components and / or pack finished parts to meet shift output targets.
  • Inspect parts using visual checks and manual verification to confirm accuracy and quality.
  • Record production metrics (good counts, scrap counts, and related data) to support inventory control and traceability.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe work area through routine housekeeping.
  • Collaborate with teammates to hit goals and assist with related tasks as needed.
  • Take on other duties as assigned to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Core strengths you bring

  • Consistent adherence to established procedures and work instructions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; you notice what others might miss.
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality standards.
  • Manual dexterity to assemble, pack, grip, and operate tools / equipment.
  • Clear communication across all levels and teams.
  • Computer comfort : basic data entry and operation of visual touchscreen display panels.
  • Applied math skills sufficient for department tasks (counts, measurements, simple calculations).
  • Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Supervisory responsibilities

    None.

    Work environment

    This role is based on the manufacturing floor and requires working around active production equipment.

    Physical requirements

    You’ll frequently use hands and fingers to handle parts, tools, and controls, and reach with arms / hands while moving throughout the plant. The work requires sustained visual focus and concentration. Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and other physical activity are part of the job, including lifting and / or moving up to 40 pounds.
