IT Integrations Engineer - Morrisville, NC

In Lenovo SSG Information Technology we are a team of 30 globally who focus on SAP and commercial suite software operation, maintenance, and support. We are growing our presence at our second global HQ in Morrisville, NC and this position will join us on a hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite per week. We are in need of another IT Integrations Engineer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• System Operations & Monitoring

Manage daily operations, health checks, and performance monitoring of enterprise software (SAP / Oracle / CRM), ensuring 24 / 7 system stability.

Lead root cause analysis for complex system failures.

Govern production change / release processes with rollback strategies to ensure zero-error deployments.

Implement system hardening strategies; conduct vulnerability scans and penetration test remediation.

Develop automation scripts (Shell / Python / Ansible) for routine operations.

Design / execute disaster recovery drills.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $84-105k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and / or commission. This is a hybrid position 3 days per week at our Morrisville location.
