  • What You'll Do
  • Step into a dynamic
  • inbound call center
  • environment where you'll :
  • Handle
  • 60-85 calls / day
  • across multiple queues (top performers exceed 100!)
  • Schedule appointments, route symptom calls, and support patients with care coordination
  • Use tools like
  • EPIC
  • Salesforce
  • , and
  • Genesis
  • phone systems
  • Work primarily with
  • Primary Care patients
  • , then expand into
  • specialty areas
  • like cardiology, oncology, women's health, and pediatrics
  • Follow structured templates to ensure accurate scheduling and insurance compatibility
  • Performance Matters
  • You'll be measured on :
  • Call volume
  • : Minimum 70 calls / day by month 3
  • Transfer rate
  • : Resolve calls without passing them to clinics
  • Training & Support
  • 2 weeks classroom training
  • 1 week live call incubation
  • Week 4
  • : Shadowing and live testing to graduate training
  • Ongoing support from visible, in-office leadership
  • What We're Looking For
  • HS diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • (phone + in-person)
  • 6+ months call center experience
  • Strong communication flow and call navigation skills
  • Nice to Have :
  • Healthcare experience (especially call center)
  • EPIC knowledge
  • Schedule :
  • Training hours
  • : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
  • Post-training
  • : 8-hour shift between 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM (fixed schedule)
  • No time off in first 30 days
  • Holiday work required
  • if scheduled (closed on major holidays)
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
