Job Description :

The Site Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily security operations at the site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. This role involves supervising security personnel, coordinating security activities, and ensuring compliance with all security procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervision : Lead, manage, and supervise security staff, ensuring proper staffing levels, training, and performance standards are maintained.
• Security Operations : Oversee security activities, including monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the premises, conducting access control procedures, and responding to security incidents.
• Incident Management : Investigate and report security incidents such as theft, property damage, trespassing, or injury; ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for all incidents.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal regulations. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures, as well as ensure the site meets company security standards.
• Training : Conduct training for security personnel on security protocols, emergency response procedures, and customer service expectations.
• Coordination : Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Operations) and external law enforcement or emergency services as needed to address security-related issues.
• Emergency Response : Act as the first point of contact in the event of a security breach or emergency situation, responding quickly to resolve issues and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.
• Reporting : Prepare and submit daily / weekly security reports, incident reports, and any necessary documentation to management.
• Technology & Equipment : Ensure the proper maintenance of security equipment and technologies, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
• Visitor & Staff Interaction : Manage and monitor the entry and exit of visitors, contractors, and staff, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
• Risk Assessment : Conduct regular risk assessments and suggest improvements or changes to security operations based on findings.
