Physician led and quality oriented group that values their physicians This group offers fantastic independence and physician oriented leadership 1,400 employees and 2-3 Family Medicine physicians per clinic Founded in 1914 20 locations in the surrounding Pittsburgh suburbs Benefits and Features : starting Base Salary : $250,000 / year Sign On Bonus : $30,000 Production / Quality Bonuses : Negotiable Malpractice and Licensing fees paid CME Allowance Comprehensive Medical and Retirement benefits Life Insurance and Disability Loan Reimbursement - 125K over 5 years Marketing / Practice growth assistance 5 Weeks of PTO, 6 Paid Holidays H1B and J1 Visa opportunities Group will assist with paying from J1 thru Green Card Status Provider's Role with the Company : Family Medicine Physician Location : Indiana, PA 100% Outpatient Primary Care No Call, Weekends, or Holidays 36 Hours of Patient Care, 4 Hours of Admin per week Average Volume : 18 Patients per day Background Profile : Family Medicine Physician Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Ability to have PA state medical license Great at relationship building, both with patients and colleagues J1 or H1B Visa Sponsorship if necessary About the Area : Indiana, Pennsylvania is located 1 hour east of Pittsburgh.
