Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in Sulphur, OK is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct services to students onsite for the upcoming academic school year. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to support the communication needs of diverse learners in a vibrant educational environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation data
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress
- Provide direct therapy services to improve speech, language, fluency, voice, and communication skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications :
Valid SLP license or certification applicable in the locationExperience working with children and adolescents in a school setting preferredStrong knowledge of speech-language development and disorders in school-age populationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative teamworkAbility to manage caseload efficiently and maintain detailed recordsLocation :
