Inviting applications for the role of Functional Architect

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for all activities related to the analysis, architecture, design, implementation, maintenance, and release of SaaS / PaaS business applications.
  • Apply knowledge of business processes to interpret clients\' technical and operational requirements and procedures to design, configure, and integrate solutions with surrounding systems.
  • Use domain concepts, products, APIs, and techniques (such as configurations, security, integrations, reports) to ensure that critical business functionality is addressed in project plans.
  • Create and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts to ensure the implemented solution meets quality standards.
  • Act as a business process liaison with other IT resources and the end-client.

Qualifications

  • Education – Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, Business, Management or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in these fields and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience in the job offered. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable.
  • 2 years of experience with SaaS / PaaS implementation and 2 years of experience with software development and programming.
  • Position headquartered in New York, NY with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required.
  • Salary : $150,550 to $158,077 per year.

    Compensation and location

    The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $150,550 to $158,077. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
