The ideal canidate is somene that can articulate to internal and external customers in an easy-to-understand manner a resolution with their techniucal issues. Ideal candidate will have :
- Experience with Windows OS / MS Teams / One Drive / SharePoint
- Azure / Active Directory
- Service Now (preferred)
- ACD System (e.g. TalkDesk, Avaya)
- Critical Thinking
- Customer Service / soft skills
- Flexible Schedule / adaptable
