Your Role as an LPN :   Night shift 12 hours!

You’ll be a vital member of our care team—ensuring every resident receives respectful, high-quality nursing care. Your days will be filled with purpose, connection, and meaningful moments.

Responsibilities include :

Leading and mentoring CNA staff

Administering medications and treatments

Accurate documentation and charting

Supporting residents’ physical and emotional health

Communicating effectively with team members, residents, and families

Who We’re Looking For :

You’re more than just licensed—you’re passionate, reliable, and ready to lead with kindness .

Requirements :

Current and valid LPN license (State of Illinois)

Ability to work every other weekend

Familiarity with care standards, safety, and confidentiality protocols

Strong communication and time management skills

A heart for caregiving and a drive for excellence
