About the Role
Snap Fitness Pueblo West is seeking a dynamic and proven leader to serve as Vice President of Training and Sales. This individual will be responsible for driving personal training revenue, developing high-performing trainers, and maintaining a culture of excellence, accountability, and passion for health and fitness.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of certified personal trainers
- Drive sales performance through effective systems and goal setting
