• Weekday shifts 8am ‐ 5pm with 1‐2 night calls weekly
• Census 25 ‐ 35 patients ‐‐ APPs independently see 6 ‐ 12 patients
• Coverage needed across 3 hospital sites within 20‐minute radius
• APP on‐site coverage approximately 98% of time
• Required skills : TEEs, cardioversions, loops, reading echocardiograms
• Inpatient only ‐‐ no clinic responsibilities
• Weekend call Friday 5pm ‐ Monday 8am includes rounding
• Phone‐based call system
