Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)  is currently seeking Associate or Mid-Level Shipside Operations Specialist to join the 787 Program Boeing South Carolina Delivery Center Operations Team in  North Charleston, South Carolina on a Variable Shift!

This position will provide critical production support to the Delivery Center including improving production efficiency, safety and optimizing product quality.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization.
• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
• Analyzes and interprets data.
• Provides feedback on assessment results.
• Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues.
• Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues.
• Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items.
• Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates.
• Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (Associate) : $57,800 - $78,200

Summary pay range (Mid-Level) : $72,250 - $97,750
