Regional Travel Float Pool

Mercy's Regional Travel Float Pool offers a unique opportunity for experienced RNs to bring their expertise to multiple hospitals across the St. Louis region.

This role provides flexibility and variety in daily work, strengthening clinical assessment and critical thinking skills while collaborating with diverse care teams and patient populations.

As an ED nurse in our Regional Travel Float Pool, you will have the chance to serve at various facilities, including Mercy St. Louis, Mercy Jefferson, and Mercy South, among others.

The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of recent bedside RN experience in the Emergency Department and hold current certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

• Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic emergency department environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address complex patient needs
