Position summary

Join our dynamic Regulated Markets team as a Product Management Advisor, primarily supporting Medicaid and HealthCare Reform. This position sits within the Regulated Markets Benefits, Claims, and COB Solutions team reporting to the Product Management Senior Manager. You'll play a pivotal role in driving strategy, planning, and execution for key claims processing functions and transformative projects. Essential functions

  • Own and support products within Regulated Markets, focusing on claims processing and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution for assigned projects, partnering with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance, ensure compliance, and resolve errors through proactive surveillance and analysis.
  • Recommend process improvements, system upgrades, and technology enhancements to leadership.
  • Support account teams, clients, and internal partners with expert product knowledge and issue resolution.
  • Present data and insights confidently to diverse audiences, driving consensus and informed decision-making.
  • Anticipate needs, plan ahead, and manage multiple priorities independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid / HIM regulations or experience interpreting government regulations preferred.
  • Build and maintain strong business partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking, strategic planning, and effective problem-solving.
  • Adapt quickly to changing business needs and thrive in dynamic environments.

  • For remote work : If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload.

    For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 92,800 - 154,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

    This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
