Position Summary : The Billing Analyst performs contract and billing preparations for an engineering team. They coordinate with clients and Project / Program Managers to setup projects, obtain necessary purchase orders, and navigate through the hurdles of billing approvals. They work closely with the accounting team to finalize invoices and assist with completion.

Key Responsibilities & Duties :

• Obtains client purchase orders and sets up projects / phases to match client needs.
• Performs monthly billing reconciliations.
• Maintains the project database.
• Prepares various reports for management such as outstanding accounts receivables and collections.
• Prepares invoices ensuring contract terms and fee schedules are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Troubleshoots billing problems and offers constructive solutions to billing inquires.
• Contacts clients regarding payments, billing options, account reconciliations, collections, and more.
