The Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant assists in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in HCM applications and technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
- Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
- Expect to travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.

A Bachelor's degree3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management SolutionsOverall IT projects implementation of 4+ yearsStrong knowledge, understanding and HCM implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM specifically around Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence ManagementWide experience in playing roles as Project Manager / module Lead / SMRExperience in large multi-geography global transformation assignments and HCM deployments preferred, US experience requiredExperience in multiple HCM implementations, preferably an implementation of co-existence modelProficient in understanding business requirements and advising clients on strategy for HCM technology deploymentsExcellent knowledge of features in HCM applications; having the ability to understand HR business needs and accordingly advise on the best business practices of HCM deploymentsStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skillsAbility to travel up to 50%+ and / or as required by clientIdeally, you'll also have
