Position : Registered Nurse - RN / Cardiac Cath Lab - CCL\n\nOverview\n\nRegistered Nurse - RN / Cardiac Cath Lab - CCL\n\nJob Description : \n\nAs a cardiac catheterization lab nurse (RN CCL), you will assist physicians in performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures, such as cardiac catheterizations, valvuloplasties, and angioplasties. Your duties will range from prepping patients for their procedure and ensuring informed consent to monitoring vital signs and administering IVs. During the procedure, you will assist the physician, monitor and assess the patient, and administer medications as needed.\n\nAfterwards, you will stay with the patients until they are stabilized to be transferred or discharged.\nResponsibilities\n

• Prep patients for procedures and ensure informed consent.\n
• Monitor vital signs and administer IVs and medications as needed.\n
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.\n
• Monitor and assess patients during procedures and post-procedure follow-up until stabilization or discharge.\nMinimum Requirements\n
• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in the specialty.\n
