Responsibilities :
- Provide desktop management and infrastructure services support.
- Assist with desktop support, especially for remote associates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective support services.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and update documentation related to support activities.
Qualifications :
2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience supporting remote associates is a plus.We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
