Overview :

Onin Staffing is hiring for a Sales Support Specialist who is highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by assisting with order entry, customer service, and data management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in creating and processing orders promptly, including rush orders.
• Answer customer inquiries and schedule meetings / sales appointments.
• Follow up with customers on order statuses and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and performance tracking.
• Manage customer accounts and troubleshoot order / account issues.
• Perform data entry for sales figures and metrics, ensuring organized filing.

Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.
