Update parents via email / text on student progress. Support Parent Communications : Handle inquiries from enrolled parents about scheduling and program details. Step in during the Center Director's absence to ensure seamless service. Ensure Quality : Oversee the learning floor, monitor instructor performance, student engagement, and math lesson quality. Support team goals and uphold center standards. Train and Develop Staff : Assist in hiring and training math tutors, evaluate performance, and address team strengths / weaknesses to maintain a high-performing team. Track Performance : Analyze center performance reports to meet educational metrics and drive improvements, ensuring the center achieves its goals. Math Proficiency : Strong skills through Algebra I; Geometry or Calculus knowledge preferred for test prep tutoring. Availability : Full-time commitment, minimum 5 days a week, averaging 30-35 hours / week. Leadership Skills : Customer-focused, positive, and able to make decisions that benefit students, staff, and the center. Passion for Education : Engaging communicator who inspires K-12 students and motivates teams. Background Check : Must pass state and national background checks. Nice to Have : Experience with online tutoring tools, parent communications, or team management.
