Assistant Store Manager
Cosentino's Price Chopper is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role requires a leader with a strong background in sales, customer service, and operations. The Assistant Store Manager will be instrumental in driving sales growth, managing store operations, and fostering a positive customer experience. Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all processes.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Manage inventory and merchandising, ensuring product availability and appealing displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and building customer relationships.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Effectively manage and control store expenses, adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on planning and implementing marketing initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent is required.A valid Driver's License is required.Demonstrated leadership experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Proven ability to manage store operations, including inventory control and merchandising.Strong understanding of sales processes and selling techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills.Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.Experience in customer relationship management.Experience in sales management.Preferred Qualifications :
