Atlanta Hearing Associates, a privately-owned Audiology practice in Dunwoody, GA is seeking a Front Office Professional to join our team. We are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible.

We seek a sales-focused customer service or administrative front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of Audiology.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role :

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Maintain patient records & manage patient charts in practice management system.
  • Provide extensive customer service utilizing email, phone calls, texts, and in-person interactions.
  • Check patients in and out.
  • Send physician reports.
  • Manage social media postings.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and schedule patients.
  • Support providers.
  • Assisting medical biller with designated tasks
  • Calling insurance companies
  • Handling monthly invoices
  • To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers.
  • An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Business school or Associate degree preferred.
