Director, Alternatives and Digital Assets Shareholder Reporting

Job Description : The Role

As a Director, Alternatives and Digital Assets Shareholder Reporting , you will be responsible for assessing how new and changing requirements affect the regulatory reports and filings produced by the Shareholder Reporting Team. Primary areas for evaluation will include complex instruments (e.g., derivatives, short securities, alternative and digital assets), emerging regulatory changes (e.g., new SEC rules, US GAAP accounting and reporting updates) and complex and innovative products. You will assemble critical information and coordinate comprehensive end to end analyses for production team leads to interpret impacts.

Get up-to-speed quickly on a variety of critical new requirements ranging from complex instruments to regulations and authoritative guidance.
