Asset Supervisor
The Asset Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Asset operations at our Raleigh, NC and Roxboro, NC locations. This role ensures efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, workplace safety, and team leadership within the Asset team to exceed customer expectations. Additionally, the Asset Supervisor will manage miscellaneous asset and distribution programs within the company as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily Asset team operations including ensuring work orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner allowing installers to meet their timelines.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and process improvements to address discrepancies.
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance productivity and safety.
- Lead, train, and motivate asset warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and all health and safety standards.
- Maintain equipment functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, installers, sales, and design teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Address damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and customer returns effectively.
- Provide monthly performance reports on asset team execution including utilization metrics.
Supervisory Responsibilities, The Asset Supervisor oversees the following roles :

Maintain a clean, organized warehouse that meets all safety requirements, ensuring the dock is broom-swept and ready for the next shift.Achieve 95% or higher inventory accuracy for asset inventory.Exceed OSHA safety standards through regular inspections, safety walks, and team training.Actively support company-wide safety initiatives as a key safety committee member.Ensure Snaptracker is updated with accurate photos, descriptions, and is categorized properly.Conduct regular performance and organization feedback meetings with team members.Time Allocation : The Warehouse Manager is expected to manage time effectively, averaging 45 hours per week as follows :
60% (27 hours) : Warehouse Management - Coaching, feedback, and overseeing daily delivery / receiving to ensure timely installations, OSHA compliance, and high customer satisfaction.10% (5 hours) : Providing weekly feedback to warehouse team members through one-on-one meetings and team discussions. Providing weekly status updates to the Warehouse Manager.5% (2 hours) : Overseeing and approving time cards for the Raleigh and Roxboro warehouses.5% (2 hours) : Conducting asset area walkthroughs and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, fire safety regulations, and overall facility requirements.10% (5 hours) : Responding to emails, attending meetings, and handling administrative updates as needed.10% (5 hours) : Running reporting around Snaptracker accuracy, utilization, and inventory management.Sample Weekly Schedule
