We are seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer to lead process and equipment optimization initiatives that enhance efficiency, reliability, and overall production performance. This role will focus on introducing new equipment into production, ensuring successful implementation, and training the maintenance team to support long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the release of new equipment into production, including installation, validation, and maintenance training.

Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost reduction, and efficiency.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to develop actionable insights and implement effective solutions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate needs, define project requirements, and deliver measurable results.

Support Lean / Kaizen initiatives to improve processes and reduce waste.

Document improvements, create standard work, and ensure knowledge transfer to team members.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Proven experience in continuous improvement, including successful project execution.

Strong ability to discuss projects in detail, including problem identification, data analysis, conclusions, and results.

Green Belt certification and / or Kaizen experience (preferred).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and train others.
