The CNC Operator is responsible for independently operating and optimizing CNC machinery to achieve high productivity, precision, and consistent product quality. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, setup, and programming to address complex machine issues, improve performance, and meet strict quality standards. The Operator also plays a key role in driving continuous process improvements, ensuring smooth operations, and mentoring junior operators.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate assigned mechanical equipmentConduct quality control checks on produced itemsPerform advanced troubleshooting and adjustmentsRead and interpret blueprints and engineering specificationsUtilize required gaging instrumentsComplete all necessary documentation accuratelyMaintain cleanliness of work area according to 5S standardsAdhere to all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedSkills / Competencies
Ability to interpret work instructionsProficient in following written and verbal directionsIntermediate verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate mathematical skillsIntermediate use of required gaging instrumentsIntermediate use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instrumentsQualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar roleAbility to work under minimal supervisionProficiency in handling complex issues and problemsComprehensive working knowledge of subject matterPhysical Requirements :
