Job Description

• The Member Tech Support Representative provides technical assistance to members by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving online account issues through inbound calls.
• Primary duties will include answering member questions and troubleshooting technical issues related to the Member Portal (computer web browser & phone application).
• This includes asking questions, gathering information for reporting to internal IT teams, creating clear / detailed documentation, and using common technical knowledge.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
