Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled RN for a 13-week, full-time contract opportunity with a well-established home health agency in Fayetteville, NC. In this role, you will have the chance to deliver personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, focusing on recovery, independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Job Details :

Hiring Company : Sunbelt Staffing
Client : Nationwide Home Health Agency
Duration : 13-week contract
Location : Fayetteville, NC and surrounding areas
Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week
Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call duties (typically once per month)
Pay : Negotiable based on territory budget.
Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k after 90 days
Mileage Reimbursement : .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
Productivity : 30-32per week, up to 35 visits per week

Job Duties :

Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.

Educate patients and families on care techniques and health management.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Document patient care and progress in Homecare Homebase.

Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts.

Job Requirements :

Active North CarolinaRegistered Nurse (RN)license.

Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required.

Proficiency in Homecare Homebase.

Proficiency in Oasis.

Reliable transportation for patient visits.

Completion of Joint Commission onboarding upon offer.
