Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical testing and commissioning projects at substations and generator plants.
  • Develop standard testing procedures and documentation.
  • Lead project teams, train new team members, and maintain client relationships.
  • Support safety and quality throughout the testing process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with protection relays from GE, SEL, ALSTOM, SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS, and ABB.
  • Strong grasp of AC / DC diagrams and ability to devise detailed testing procedures.
  • Proven experience in engineering and commissioning within substation settings.
  • Capability to develop standard testing documentation and training materials.
  • NICET certification, or willingness to obtain, is a plus.
  • Exceptional ability to manage resources and maintain client relationships.
  • Adept in testing a broad range of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Strong leadership skills for guiding project teams and training new team members.
