FLEET MECHANIC – Pay : $24.05-$29.80 per hour with verifiable experience
Pay : $31.05-$34.80 per hour with qualifying degree or verifiable experience
JEFFERSONVILLE, OH – Full Time – Fleet Mechanic
Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES :
- Inspect fleet equipment to locate and determine the extent of necessary repair
- Repair, replace, and adjust necessary units and parts
- Perform maintenance work to DOT standards for over the road equipment
- Perform general overhaul and repair work on gasoline, diesel, propane, and battery powered engines / equipment
- General repair, welding, and fabrication of fleet units
- Perform preventative maintenance work on vehicles including lubrication, oil changes, and annual inspections
- Clean and maintain the work area and equipment
- Maintain records on all maintenance and repair work performed
