Overview
Job Profile : Auto Maintenance Technician II at Manheim (a Cox Automotive company). Work Schedule : Tues – Sat & Sun – Thurs, Day Shift. Compensation : Hourly base pay rate is $25.82 - $38.70 / hour, may vary by location and candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation including commissions and / or incentive programs. New Hires eligible for a $7,000 bonus (includes a $1,500 tool bonus).
What You'll Do
- Provide highly skilled maintenance and repairs for all vehicles.
- Perform diagnostics which may include brake components, tires, suspension components, drivability and complete repairs.
- Perform advanced diagnostics, which may include charging, starting, AC, OBDII, drivability, electrical systems and complete repairs.
- Complete mechanical inspection including required measurements (engine and driveline components, under hood inspection, and document deficiencies).
- Comply with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires and disposable trash.
- May up fit new vehicles with necessary equipment.
- Utilize approved vendors to obtain parts.
- May be required to perform OEM recalls.
