CPA Associate Technical Controller

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Research, draft, and maintain technical accounting memos on complex transactions

Support M&A, restructurings, and valuations, including ASC 805 purchase price allocations

Assist in designing and operationalizing crypto accounting policies and contribute to financial reporting

Required Qualifications

Active CPA or equivalent with 5-8 years of experience, preferably in Big 4 assurance or technical advisory

Solid foundation in U.S. GAAP with experience drafting memos and disclosures

Exposure to complex transactions such as M&A and equity / debt instruments

Proficiency with ERP systems and interest in accounting automation / crypto sub-ledger tools

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving policies
