Base Salary :

$50,000 annually, paid biweekly. ($70,000 with commission / bonus).

Performance Bonuses :

Based on studio sales and team performance, paid biweekly.

Commission :

Earned on new client memberships and package sales, paid biweekly.

Your Schedule : Mon-Thurs : 10am-7pm

Fri : 8am-12pm

Sat : 8am-12pm

(Sunday off + early Friday / Saturday finish = more balance for you)

Your Impact :

As General Manager, you'll run the studio like your own business. You'll lead a team of wellness professionals, manage studio performance, and personally connect with new clients to show them the Stretch Zone difference. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

Drive studio success : oversee daily operations and deliver on revenue goals.

Lead and motivate your team to exceed expectations and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Consult with prospective clients, deliver in-studio demos, and close new memberships.

Develop your staff through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Champion a culture of health, positivity, and high performance.

Requirements

Business development and / or sales experience is required.

Exercise science / kinesiology experience is required.

A passion for health, wellness, and helping others.

Compensation : $50,000.00 per year

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and / or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
