About this role : Seeking a Business Process Engineer with a strong background in process analysis and redesign. This role is critical to improving operational efficiency, starting within Escrow operations, and expanding into other areas of the business. The ideal candidate will be a tactful communicator, a strategic thinker, and a change agent who thrives in environments where transformation is needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze & document current processes : Immerse yourself in existing workflows to understand how tasks are currently performed, especially within escrow operations involving property tax and insurance.
  • Identify inefficiencies & design improvements : Evaluate current procedures, identify bottlenecks, and propose streamlined, scalable solutions that enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Communicate findings & recommendations : Present insights and redesigned processes to leadership in a clear, actionable format to support system and operational changes.
  • Collaborate across teams : Work closely with stakeholders using tact and persistence to gain buy-in and drive adoption.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in business process improvement, ideally across multiple industries or roles.
  • Strong ability to re-engineer workflows and document new procedures.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex personalities and drive change.
  • High level of initiative and drive; self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.

    • Bonus Skills

  • Experience in banking or financial services, particularly in escrow, property tax, or insurance.
  • Familiarity with process documentation tools (such as Draw.io, Microsoft Visio, Excel).
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar.
  • Background in auditing or compliance-related process reviews.
