Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage the global financial accounting team and ensure accurate accounting operations
• Develop, document, implement, and maintain internal controls over the Finance Function
• Establish and ensure adherence to all accounting policies as established by the corporation
• Understand the environment and the unique accounting controls and policies required
• Constantly learn and be quick to deploy all our technological tools for constant improved efficiency
• Lead the team and ensure collaboration and teamwork within the finance team
• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
• Enforce internal control compliance within Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Reporting
