job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCalibration & Alignment : Perform precise calibration and alignment of equipment to ensure optimal performance Spare Parts Inventory Management : Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and consumables; reorder stock as Building Maintenance : Handle minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs on buildings and equipment. Maintenance Tracking : Track maintenance activities and metrics Troubleshooting & Compliance : Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, ensuring Cost Management : Minimize deferred maintenance costs and reduce reliance on third-party vendors. New Equipment Installation : Install new equipment, understand technical manuals, read blueprints, and purchase Technical & Delegation Skills : Leverage technology, delegate tasks, and apply common sense. Attention to Detail & Documentation : Document, report, and track maintenance issues accurately using computer Problem-Solving & Pressure Management : Solve complex problems quickly, control costs, and work effectively Resourcefulness : Be resourceful, willing to help wherever needed. Other Duties as Assigned Compensation : Wage is negotiable and dependent on experience / qualifications (DOE / Q). 2-3 years of experience in mechanical fields, or equivalent formal training and hands-on experience. Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work on hard surfaces (e.g., concrete) for up to 12 hours in varying temperatures. Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity. Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, crouch, stoop, reach, and lift / move up to 50 pounds. Self-starter able to work independently and recognize tasks without direct assignment. Proficient in reading and speaking English. Basic math and measurement skills. Flexibility to work additional hours to conduct preventative maintenance activities.
