Key Responsibilities
Conduct direct telephonic outreach to patients and educate them on services offered
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information and ensure high standards of customer service
Identify outreach trends and collaborate with the market and business development team to enhance patient engagement
Required Qualifications
2 years of healthcare experience required, with call center experience highly preferred
1 year of telephonic customer service experience
Experience working in a medical practice or healthcare setting
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Proficient with Microsoft and Google applications
