We are looking for a life insurance agent with amazing customer service skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency and help our clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Compensation :
$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
- Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
- Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
- Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
- Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
- Sales experience preferred – business mindset, no mile too far
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Qualifications :
Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonusClient service experience as a sales representative a plusMust have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desiredFamiliarity with the Microsoft Office suitePrior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonusAbility to understand the needs and financial concerns of clientsAbility to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially, so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events / circumstances they may encounterPromote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goalsCultivating relationships with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial securityAbility to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clientsProviding compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances ariseHaving a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of the community over timePlease Note : We, unfortunately, can only accept applicants who are either US citizens.
