About The Position

Certifications : ABRET, BLS, R.EEG T.

Must-Have :

• Experience in Adult ICU, Adult Inpatient, Adult Outpatient, and Ambulatory EEG.
• Ability to perform electrode placement and assist with EMG / Nerve Conduction Studies.
• Proficient in checking, operating, and calibrating electromyographic equipment.
• Knowledge of various neuro diagnostic procedures.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations across different departments.

Description :

This position involves working in an EEG tech capacity.

The shifts are three 12-hour days per week.

The working hours are from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM.

Type of cases handled include epilepsy monitoring, sEEG, neurotelemetry, and routine EEG.

The staff will also monitor patients in trauma and critical care settings.

Flexibility to assist adult patients and various services is required.

Candidates should be prepared to float between units as needed.

The role involves completing routine EEG hookups and monitoring.

The team is responsible for patient care across different age groups, including neonates, adolescents, and geriatrics.

Candidates must work two out of three major holidays.
